After thinking about the Summer Season 2009 anime I’ve seen, I realized that I forgot to post about Taishou Yakyuu Musume.
I finally decided to give Aoi Hana a chance and saw the first episode of it. It’s one of the few Summer 2009 season anime that I haven’t seen yet.

It seems like a lot of anime series have somewhat random or eccentric titles. Princess Lover? So someone that loves princesses? Hm, I wonder which girl the main character is going to end up with. >_>
Yet another summer season anime – Kanamemo. You got your middle school girl being left alone after her grandma died and has no relatives to take her in.
Another anime that I’m watching this season, Bakemonogatari. I was surprised already after watching the first episode, since it was not at all what I had expected.
Yes! A series that represents the summer we are all currently enjoying, right? Here we have Umi Monogatari (Sea Story), your semi-typical transforming magical girl defeats evil spirits anime series.
Continuing with my impressions of this season’s new anime series, we arrive at GA: Geijutsuka Art Design Class. After watching the first episode, this series was something completely unexpected for me.

Anime based on one of 07th Expansion’s games: Umineko no Naku Koro ni. The name might remind you of another one of their games that got adapted into an anime – Higurashi no Naku Koro ni.

The summer season brings to us an abundance of new series. I plan on at least watching the first couple episodes of all the new series before deciding which series suits my tastes. That brings us to a new series I recently had the pleasure of watching – Sora no Manimani.
