The first shipment of 2012 has arrived!

January 2012′s Additions:

I’m glad that Good Smile Company decided to re-release my all-time favorite figure of Tohsaka Rin.

There are lots of other excellent figures in this batch as well. ALTER has released a Ui Hirasawa figure that would be a welcome addition to anyone going for a complete K-ON! set. Homura in figma form with her bazooka is also pretty neat.

Kotobukiya has been on a roll lately with their Blanc Neige figures. They also have a swimsuit version of Hayane coming out next year!

I think this is one of our largest shipments yet!

November 2011′s Additions:

Three new Bakemonogatari figures! The Tsubasa Hanekawa figure by Good Smile Company will go along well with GSC’s two previous figures (Hitagi Senjougahara and Nadeko) from the same series.

A bunch of past favorites have also been restocked along with new items such as figma Madoka Kaname and the Elsie figure by Max Factory.

Lots of nendos and re-releases in this latest shipment!

October 2011′s Additions:

MegaHouse has finally re-released their Lelouch Zero ver. figure! I remember first seeing it a long time ago and hoping they would do a re-release since the aftermarket prices were insanely high. Good male figures are quite rare.

I would also like to remind everyone that the Figure Haven staff will be in Japan from 10/19 until 10/31. As a result, online checkout will be disabled on the night of 10/18 and won’t be re-enabled until 11/1. Sorry for any inconvenience!

Our first shipment has arrived from one of our new distributors in Japan (Milestone)!

In addition to increasing the selection of figures on our site, our partnership with Milestone will allow us to start offering other anime-related goods as well. So far we have been acquiring high quality tapestries/wall scrolls to sell at conventions, but feel free to contact us if there are any other products you think we should carry!

August 2011′s Additions:

Whew, that’s all of it!

My favorites would have to be ALTER’s Saber and Rin summer version since it is ALTER’s high quality paired with Fate/stay night. It’s nice to see Good Smile Company re-releasing the immensely popular Miku figure and also the Nendo Kirino as well.

The MegaHouse Kenshin figures are awesome since we rarely get to see high quality male figures out there. Plus, Rurouni Kenshin was one of the first anime series I watched way back in the day, so I’m happy to finally see a good figure of Kenshin released.

Saber and Tohsaka Rin summer version figures by ALTER along with a Saber plastic kit by Kotobukiya.

I’ll be adding the two ALTER figures to Figure Haven sometime this week (perhaps tomorrow?) along with a bunch of other new arrivals. All I have to say is, ALTER does not disappoint.

Since we took both of our new shipments for June and July directly to Anime Expo 2011, I didn’t get the chance to add them to the site until now.

June/July 2011′s Additions:

We only have one or two left in-stock on many of these figures since we sold a bunch at AX. In the time it took me to put up this post, we already sold out of the few Fate/stay night: Saber Alter ~Vortigern~ [GSC] and K-ON! Tainaka Ritsu [ALTER] figures we had left. So get what you want quickly before it sells out!

I know it is already May, but April’s shipment has finally arrived today and I rushed to add it to the site.

April 2011′s Additions:

Lots of good figures this time around, especially the Miku – Tony ver. and GSC’s Nadeko. I’m actually surprised by the quality of Kotobukiya’s Kirino figure. She turned out better than I expected.

I also added a Pre-orders page on the Figure Haven site where it currently lists all the figures we have pre-ordered from our distributor, ordered by their estimated street date here in the United States. It should be updated this upcoming weekend with prices and product links. We’re trying to get a pre-order system going, but it’ll probably be something primitive for now along the lines of you email us what you want to pre-order and we send you a PayPal invoice when it arrives.

Well, at least now everyone has an idea of what we’re going to carry in the future. As a reminder, please feel free to contact us regarding upcoming figures, pre-orders, international shipping, or anything else you have on your mind. We respond to all inquiries and usually answer them within a day or two.
