Besides Fate/Zero, all the other new series this season have been disappointing so far. That is, until I saw Chihayafuru today.
Mayo Chiki! was entertaining to watch during its entire run. That’s the main reason I finished it versus falling behind on other series.
At the start of the season, I didn’t even think I would finish Rou Kyuu Bu!, but I surprisingly liked it more than No.6.
What I thought would be one of my favorites this season instead turned out to be a disappointment.
I finally got the chance to watch Carnival Phantasm, which is quite the treat for Type-Moon fans.

Rest of Summer 2011 Season – First Impressions

I decided to simply throw together the rest of my first impressions into one post since I’m already greatly behind on them.
It has been a while since I last read the manga for Usagi Drop, but the anime does seem to do it justice.
After a brief lapse in posting, here’s my impressions on one of my favorite series this season: Dantalian no Shoka.
