This year’s Anime Expo easily surpassed the one I attended last year.
There were so many guests of honor this year that I couldn’t attend all the panels and autograph sessions I had planned on due to conflicting times.
Here are my photos from Day 1 of the events I went to.

They said photographs weren’t allowed until the end of the panel unless you were a press member. I didn’t stick around for that long since the panel went over the allotted time and I had to get going.
Asakawa Panel & Autograph Session
If you went to her panel, I was the one that asked what her favorite line as Rider in Fate/stay night was. 
Exhibit Hall
I took a photo with Danny Choo when I saw him in the Exhibit Hall. Yeah, I don’t really smile in photos.
Otherwise, I just stuck around the MangaGamer booths but didn’t take any pictures on Day 1. Even though I wasn’t planning on spending that much money at AX this year, MangaGamer changed my mind.

Surpassed is an understatement. I think that pretty much says what I thought about the entire experience in that it was probably my best AX experience in all the years I’ve gone.
Didn’t go on Day 1 though, so looking forward to your thoughts on Day 2 and 3!

Not sure how many photos I have for Day 2 since I couldn’t take photos for the concerts. Hmm…

Wow you guys are lucky to be even allowed to take pictures AT ALL during the panel session. In AFA ’09 we were not allowed to take pictures during the K-ON panel at any time T_T.

Ah, that sucks. Some panels here they didn’t allow any photographs at all (at least for regular attendees).

Heyhey! Looks as if you have attended a bunch just for the first day
Unfortunately, since I had to fly in from Louisiana earlier that day, I already missed quite a bit which makes me sad. Luckily, I was able to make it to the Yuu Asakawa panel! I remember that question too! As a matter of fact, you could see me from the video you posted for a split second. From the aisle where you were asking the question, me and my girlfriend were sitting on the end of the second row. I was in a green shirt at the time so hope you can see that haha XD
After the panel, when they were distributing tickets for the autograph session, I managed to get a ticket and as a result I got the stand from the Rider figure that you sold to me and had her sign it. I’ll post a photo of it soon :]
Also my apologies for not being able to meet up with you at AX this year. It seems that my lady wanted to be with me the whole time so I hope your willing to understand. It’ll definitely have to be for next year. Have you pre-registered their special $45 4-day pass yet?

No problem, I was wondering when I sold you a Rider figure.
It’s okay, I had a really busy schedule this year with too many things to do. I was running to autograph sessions after panels. >_>
Since we’ll probably be exhibitors next year, you can just stop by at our booth. ^^

What was Asakawa reply to ur question? I turned the volume to max and I still couldn’t figure it out.
Were u able to get other seiyuu autograph? I read it was almost impossible to get Yui Horie one. 0_0

Going by the YouTube comments, it seems like she said “I’ll kill you kindly”.
I think that’s the only seiyuu autograph I got. I’ll post pictures of everything in my loot post later on. Yeah, the Yui Horie autograph session was ridiculous.
