Is this even anime anymore? Seems more like some form of abstract art. I guess it fits with the theme of mental issues being addressed in the series. However, it feels really random and makes you wonder what the hell is going on at times.
Since this is an anime adaptation of an award winning novel, has anyone read it? Is it similar to the structure of the anime thus far?
Rating: Wtf?

The art is what draws me to the show. Different styles help keep a series visually interesting for me and makes for a nice change of pace from the usual, which is never a bad thing.

This is seriously a very trippy anime. I haven’t made up my mind about it yet though.

@zzeroparticle: Yeah, the unique style makes it all the more memorable.
@Snark: >_<
@Yi: Very trippy indeed. I'm not sure if I can stand a whole season of it.
