The description on the cover sums up the general idea – it’s a manga about soccer. I’m not really a fan of soccer, but hey it’s manga. Just look at what happened with Prince of Tennis.
Anyways, Area no Kishi is another manga that I keep up to date on. It’s an interesting read, and gets pretty extreme right off the bat.
Remember the Eden website in Eden of the East? This is somewhat similar to it, pretty cool.
Can’t wait for it to release here in the States! I wonder which cellphones they are planning to have it work with?
On a side note, it sucks being sick – sigh at summer fever.
Yes! A series that represents the summer we are all currently enjoying, right? Here we have Umi Monogatari (Sea Story), your semi-typical transforming magical girl defeats evil spirits anime series.
Due for release in November of this year (11/2009), Alter presents Kudryavka Noumi from Little Busters! Love the uniform and dynamic pose. ^^
I currently do not own any Alter figures yet, but their quality seems to be exceptionally high. So either this will be my first Alter figure or I will most likely get another Alter figure before then. (Thinking about the Saber Lily by Alter)
On a side note, I heard Little Busters! was really popular – need to look into that.

Valkyria fans rejoice! For those who haven’t heard yet, Valkyria Chronicles 2 is scheduled for release in Japan this winter. However, it will be for the PSP and not the PS3. >_>
I find that to be somewhat of a disappointment considering the quality of the first Valkyria on the PS3, and also my preference for playing on the PS3 over the PSP. But looking on the bright side, I guess I can play Valkyria on the go now.
Another factor of uncertainty, will this game even be localized here in North America considering the mediocre sales of the first Valkyria game? I definitely hope they decide to release it here in the States, otherwise I should be continuing my studies in Japanese. @_@

Continuing with my impressions of this season’s new anime series, we arrive at GA: Geijutsuka Art Design Class. After watching the first episode, this series was something completely unexpected for me.

The summer season brings to us an abundance of new series. I plan on at least watching the first couple episodes of all the new series before deciding which series suits my tastes. That brings us to a new series I recently had the pleasure of watching – Sora no Manimani.
I present the rest of the loots that I obtained from this year’s Anime Expo.
Here are most of the posters I picked up this year at AX. The top seven posters are from the eroge Valkyrie Complex, the two in the middle are from Da Capo 2 autographed by the illustrator, and the autograph sketch on the left is also from an eroge. (>_<)
